| Dr. Anuradha "Shero Scholarship" for Women Empowerment | Criterion |
The objective of this scholarship is to increase access to
education for girls. In many parts of India, girls face numerous
challenges in accessing education, including cultural norms,
economic constraints, and a lack of resources. These scholarships
aim to remove these barriers by providing financial support for
tuition fees, books, uniforms, and other educational expenses. This
helps to ensure that girls have equal opportunities to pursue their
education and break the cycle of poverty. To be eligible for this scholarship, the applicant must be female, aged between 17 and 21, and have completed her higher secondary education. The applicant’s annual family income should be less than INR 3 lakh. The selection depends on their score during faculty interaction. |
