Karthick is Assistant Vice President and Lead – Data Hub at The Udaiti Foundation. Karthick strongly believes in the potential of data to solve complex development challenges and create sustainable social impact. He has more than 12 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, data analytics, impact evaluations, monitoring and evaluation. He has worked with government organisations as well as international agencies in countries across Asia and Africa providing technical assistance, consulting services and implemented national level evaluation projects. He has co-authored a number of articles in international peer-reviewed journals and developed interactive dashboards for data-driven decision making. He has worked across varied thematic areas including women economic empowerment, MSME and entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, and public health.
