A tribute to the visionary and legendary leader

Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation – Deemed to be University, Salem instituted an Endowment Oration for the first time in the name of its Founder Chairman & Chancellor Dr. A. Shanmugasundaram as a tribute to the Visionary & Legendary Leader.

In this regard, the University nominated Prof. Dr. Mohanan Kunnumal, Vice Chancellor of Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur for the honor.

The Ceremony was organized on 03.06.2023 at the Annapoorana Auditorium of VMKV Medical College & Hospitals, Salem. Prof. Dr. Mohanan Kunnumal gave the oration on Medical Imaging & Radiology – Unending possibilities to 400 health science professionals.

Dr.A.S. Ganesan, Chancellor of VMRFDU, Salem honored the Orator with Gold medal, Citation and Memento. The Chancellor also handed over Chancellor’s Award with cash Prize of Rs. 1 Lakh to Dr. Margret Chandira for her research Contributions.
