Madhu Bala, is an accomplished Assistant Professor of English at Vinayaka Missions School of Arts and Science, affiliated with Vinayaka Missions Deemed-to-be-University. She has an extensive background in literary studies, specializing in caste and gender studies. She has presented her work at national and international conferences and has earned accolades such as the Community Service Award and Best Paper Award. Alongside her academic expertise, she is actively engaged in enhancing students’ employability through campus placement coordination and the SAS Placement Cell. She provides training in communication, critical thinking, and public speaking, skills essential for both personal and professional growth.

She is a certified soft skills trainer, has effectively conducted training sessions for both students and educators across various institutions. Currently, she is further enhancing her expertise by pursuing a PG Diploma in English Language Teaching from the English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), Hyderabad.   

 As a co-founder of Tipster Academy, she has successfully guided numerous NET aspirants in mastering literary theory and criticism. Her contributions as a resource person in national workshops and webinars demonstrate her expertise in both academic and professional skill development. Her dedication to creating inclusive and intellectually stimulating environments is evident in her innovative teaching approach, where she empowers students to become informed, socially responsible, and self-assured individuals.
